  • 1/4 cup chopped capsicum
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 green chili, finely chopped (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Chaat masala (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon roasted peanuts (optional)
  • Sev (crispy chickpea flour noodles) for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. The roasted makhana, chopped onions, tomatoes, cucumber, capsicum, coriander leaves, and green chilli, if using, should all be combined in a large mixing basin.
  2. To taste, add chaat masala, lemon juice, and salt. Blend thoroughly.
  3. For extra crunch, garnish with sev and roasted peanuts (if desired).
  4. Serve right away and savour a tasty and nutritious snack.
